All team members carry out a full consultation prior to and post-cutting, hair colour, technical or beauty services.
We carry out a complimentary analysis of your hair/skin/nails and give you bespoke product recommendations.
Visit the salon within 1 calendar month of your birthday and we will treat you to complimentary file & polish or head scalp massage. Please state at time of booking
Re-Do, Not refund policy
We do not offer refunds on services or products at the salon but we will do whatever it takes to get you where you want to be, with any necessary follow-up services delivered with our compliments.
If something goes wrong
Our client recovery service is how we restore your faith in our team when things (very) occasionally go awry. Our intention is for you to be happy with yur hair, skin & nails and a happy heart, and we will work with you to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
Complimentary tweaking appointment
We will always offer a complimentary tweaking appointment but, understandably we will need to schedule this in as soon as possible after the visit in question.
